1. Agreement
By installing, downloading, or using any product published by dryazilim software studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our products in accordance with the documentation and store listing for each product. Steam products are additionally governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement; Chrome extensions are additionally governed by the Chrome Web Store Terms of Service.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products without written permission.
- Use our products to violate the law or the terms of any third-party platform we integrate with.
- Use our products in a way designed to harm other users or compromise their security.
4. No warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dryazilim software studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Third-party platforms
Some of our products are distributed through third-party platforms (Steam, the Chrome Web Store, our own infrastructure). Those platforms have their own terms which apply alongside this agreement. Where there is a conflict, the platform terms govern the platform-specific aspects (billing, refunds, installation), and these Terms of Use govern your use of the product itself.
7. Refunds
For products purchased through Steam, refunds are handled by Valve under the Steam Refund Policy. For products distributed through the Chrome Web Store, see the Chrome Web Store's policies. For services billed directly by us, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a good-faith review.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not collect, store, transmit or sell user data from our local-first products.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the affected product's store listing or via this page. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
