Privacy Policy

This document describes how dryazilim software studio handles user data across its published software.

Local-first by default.

The studio's consumer extensions, apps, and Steam software operate on the user's device. They do not connect to dryazilim servers for analytics, telemetry, or advertising. Hosted services (Panelica, StoryLLM) collect only the information required to operate those services, as described below.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all software published by dryazilim software studio ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to:

  • Chrome browser extensions on the Chrome Web Store: Reddit Keyword Alerts AI, Auto Refresh Ultimate, Cipherly, and any future extensions published under the dryazilim publisher account.
  • Software products sold on Steam: Live Translate, Crosshair, FoldHub.
  • Web platforms operated by us: panelica.com, storyllm.com, and dryazilim.com.

The same privacy principles apply to every product we publish. If a future product introduces a behaviour that materially differs from this policy, we will update this page before that product is released.

2. Data we collect

For our Chrome extensions and Steam software: none.

These products do not collect, store, transmit, sell, share, or monetise any of the following:

  • Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address, government IDs, etc.).
  • Authentication information (passwords, credentials, security questions, OAuth tokens).
  • Personal communications (emails, messages, chats).
  • Financial or payment information.
  • Health information.
  • Location data (IP-derived or otherwise).
  • Web history, browsing activity, search queries, or any record of the websites you visit.
  • User activity (clicks, mouse movements, keystrokes, scroll events).
  • Application content not directly related to the user-initiated function of the product.

Our extensions and Steam apps have no remote analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting backend, and no advertising SDK. There is no dryazilim server that receives data from your browser or PC.

For our hosted web products (Panelica, StoryLLM), data you choose to provide — such as an account email or server you ask us to manage — is handled solely to deliver the service. Those products have their own service-specific terms, which never override this universal "no surveillance" rule.

3. How our products work

All processing happens locally inside your browser or on your own machine. Our software reads only the data required to perform the feature you have just asked it to perform, and that data stays on your device.

Where a product needs to remember a preference (for example, your saved keywords), that information is stored in local storage on your computer. It is not synced to us and we have no way of reading it.

If a product communicates with a third-party service that you yourself have configured (for example, calling an AI API endpoint with your own API key), that request goes directly from your device to that third party. We are not in the middle, we do not proxy it, and we do not log it.

4. Permissions

Chrome and Windows may show permission prompts when you install or use our products. Each permission is requested only because it is technically required to deliver the feature, and is used solely for that purpose.

PermissionWhy it is needed
storage To save your settings (such as keywords or preferences) locally on your device, so they persist between sessions.
notifications To show you a desktop alert when a condition you defined is matched. Notifications are generated locally.
alarms To run periodic local checks (for example, polling a public feed for new content) on a schedule.
host permissions To fetch publicly available content from the website the extension is built for (e.g. Reddit's public listings). No account login is required and we do not read private data.

If a future product requires additional permissions, those permissions will be documented in its store listing and used solely for the stated feature.

5. Third-party services

Our extensions and Steam apps do not include any third-party analytics, crash reporters, advertising networks or marketing pixels.

Some features may make direct requests to public websites in order to fetch information you have asked for (for example, retrieving a public Reddit listing). Those requests are subject to the privacy policies of the respective websites. We do not see, intercept, or log those requests.

Where a product supports an optional integration that requires you to provide your own credentials (for example, an AI API key), that key is stored locally on your device and used only to make requests directly from your device to the service you chose.

6. Data sharing & sale

Because our extensions and Steam apps do not collect any user data, there is nothing for us to share, sell, rent, lease or transfer. We do not, and will not, sell user data to third parties. We do not, and will not, use or transfer user data for purposes that are unrelated to the product's single purpose. We do not, and will not, use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

7. Security

Because no data leaves your device, there is no transmission for us to secure on the server side. Locally stored preferences are protected by your operating system's user account and your browser's own sandboxing.

If a security issue is reported to us that affects a product's local behaviour, we treat it as a priority and will publish a fix through the relevant store's standard update channel.

8. Children's privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect data at all, this section is here for completeness rather than as a meaningful processing concern.

9. International users

Because no personal data is collected or transferred, there is no cross-border processing of user data to disclose. The products can be used worldwide subject to local laws and the availability of the relevant store.

10. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regulations grant you rights over your personal data, including the right of access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object. Because we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete or transfer on your behalf.

If you wish to remove all data a product stores locally on your device, simply uninstall it — your browser or operating system will remove its local storage automatically.

11. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how our products work in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the affected product's listing on its store.

12. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about this policy or any of our products? Reach out and we'll respond.
